This was a much-needed reading and discussion that is going to prepare me for the next major transit coming into my life. Even though this happened yesterday, the reading has gotten me unstuck from some difficult thought patterns and shame I was dealing with. I needed Amalia's help and clarity to give myself permission to change in certain ways. Lots to digest in the coming weeks. As I listen to the recording, I'm grateful that Amalia had a lot of grace and patience when I jumped around on tangents, which I guess I needed. There's so many perspective-changing topics that came up that I wish I was able to focus on better, but I know the medicine will come with further introspection, like family, origins, attachments, lovers, boundaries, and shame. I feel like I have already grown so much in such a short time. Thank you so much!
